Privacy Policy
JC Endless Love (“we”, “us”) makes handmade candles in Lebanon. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or order from us, why we need it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to make and deliver your candles.
1. What we collect
When you order, create an account or send a custom request, we collect:
- Your name, phone number (we use it for WhatsApp) and, if you give it, your email.
- Your delivery address: the name you give it (e.g. “Home”), your area, the location you pin on the map, and building/floor/directions.
- Your order: products, colors, scents, personalized text, event dates, notes and any promo code used.
- Photos you choose to upload for a custom candle request or a review.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and a Google account identifier. We never see your Google password.
- If you create an account with a password, we store only a secure, one-way hash of it, never the password itself.
If you tap “My current location” at checkout, your device shares your location with this page only to place the pin. You can always pin the map by hand instead.
2. How we use it
- To prepare, confirm and deliver your order, or arrange pickup.
- To contact you about your order or custom request, mainly on WhatsApp.
- To let you track your order and see your past orders in your account.
- To apply promotions fairly, for example a code limited to one use per customer.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for our accounting and to handle any questions about an order. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Photos from custom requests are kept while we work on your request and can be deleted on request.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and personal data (we may need to keep basic order records for accounting). You can also remove saved addresses yourself from your account page.

7. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access limited to the shop owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will tell you if something affects your data.
8. Children
Our shop is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
