Terms of Service

Placing an order sends us a request. We review every order and confirm it (usually on WhatsApp); an order is only accepted once we confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if a scent or color is unavailable, and we'll tell you why.

Please check personalized text (names, dates, messages) carefully before ordering: we make it exactly as written.

• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown on the website when you order.
• Payment is cash on delivery, or at pickup.
• The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout. For locations far from your selected area we may adjust it when we confirm your order; you'll see the final total before anything is prepared.
• If a mistake in a price is obvious, we'll contact you before confirming.

Promo codes and discounts have their own conditions (dates, minimum order, eligible products, number of uses) and can't be exchanged for cash. A code can't be combined with other offers unless it says so; if two offers can't be combined, we apply the one that saves you more. We may end a promotion at any time, but we'll honor orders already placed.

Every candle is poured by hand, so small variations in color, shape, wax surface and label placement are part of its character and are not defects. Photos on the website are representative; screens can show colors slightly differently.

• Preparation times shown are estimates; custom and event orders can take longer, and we'll tell you the expected date.
• For delivery, please pin your location accurately and keep your phone available. If no one can receive the order, we'll contact you to reschedule; a second delivery may be charged.
• For pickup, we share the exact pickup location once your order is ready. Please collect it within 7 days unless we agree otherwise.

• You can change or cancel an order free of charge before we confirm it. Message us as soon as possible.
• Once a personalized or custom order is being prepared, it can't be cancelled, because it is made only for you.
• If we have to cancel your order, we'll tell you the reason on your tracking page and on WhatsApp.

If your candle arrives damaged or we made a mistake in your order, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. For hygiene and safety reasons, and because many items are personalized, we can't accept returns of used or personalized candles that arrived in good condition.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable.
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface, trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use, and stop when about 1 cm of wax remains.
• Decorative and event candles may include ribbons or labels: remove anything near the flame before lighting.

Keep your password private and give us a phone number you use, since we confirm orders on WhatsApp. You're responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the website or our promotions.

Our designs, photos, logo and texts belong to JC Endless Love. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission. Photos you send us for reviews may be shown on the product page, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.

We do our best to make and deliver your order on time and as described. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for an order is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.
